SINOMAX (HOLDING) GROUP LIMITED ("SINOMAX") started IFS applications implementation through the support of Enterprise Consulting Limited ("ECL") since the end of last year. The implementation was splitted into 2 phases. The first phase, comprised of Finance and Distribution modules, has gone live since April this year. The second phase covered Manufacturing modules and went live on 2nd of July this year. The Management gradually reaped the benefits from the system since going live. These benefits include system integration, operation efficiency improvement, communication improvement and decision making support. SINOMAX is now planning to roll out IFS applications to other locations in Greater China.

From Sinomax's perspective, the newly implemented IFS has demonstrated the power of component-based design, step-by-step approach, ease of use and packaged to payback as a reality.
