On top of the previously implemented ERP system provided by ECL, Sinomax has invested on the retail solution and got it "go-live" in its chain shops. The implemented functions of the retail solution include point-of-sales, CRM, pricing policy, discount policy, replenishment, procurement planning, inventory, shop attendance and management information system.
